VirtualER X-System User Agreement
VirtualER X-System is proprietary software owned by Virtual ER Network LLC and used as operational and healthcare-connectivity infrastructure supporting authorized EMS medical-direction and public-safety workflows, including the service model of International Medical Direction LLC (IMD).
Platform Relationship
IMD provides healthcare/medical-direction and related services under applicable agreements. Virtual ER Network LLC owns and licenses the VirtualER X-System software and associated proprietary technology. The phrase International Medical Direction - Powered by VirtualER describes VirtualER's role as technology infrastructure supporting the IMD operating model.
Authorized Use
Access to VirtualER is limited by the user's authorized organizational context, profile, scope, role, access level, feature entitlement, applicable agreements, and law. Administrative authority does not automatically grant visibility into restricted identity, clinical, background-check, or other specially classified data.
VirtualER may support EMS medical-direction, quality, education, compliance, administrative, operational, and clinical workflows, but the Software does not replace professional medical judgment, applicable protocols, licensure, credentialing, or medical-direction requirements.
Current Agreement
The full Version 7 User Agreement contains the current development terms governing software ownership, license restrictions, account security, authorized data access, healthcare use, and other platform requirements. Production terms remain subject to legal review and applicable customer agreements.
Open User Agreement
